Our community has suffered a great loss today. The passing of our local constable Doug Ketcham.

A dear friend to many of us, standout public figure, as well as, former head flagger, and former racer at the speedway.

We will miss those weekly visits, and occasional calls to see “What’s up?” As well the busting and good times we always had when you did. If we had a problem, we always knew you were a phone call away. Your dedication to our community was extraordinary. Doug was always a supporter of the speedway, and short track racing as a whole.

Please keep his family, friends, and the community in your thoughts and prayers.

God speed our friend! You will be greatly missed!
