“Chaney’s Collision Center – Outstanding Customer Service and Quality Repair
I recently had a small area of damage on my car that needed repair. After obtaining three estimates from different collision centers, I chose Chaney’s Collision Center—and I’m very glad I did.
My positive experience began the moment I walked through the front door. A friendly receptionist immediately greeted me with, “Hi, come on in.” Moments later, Kelly D., an estimator, introduced herself with a warm smile and asked how she could help.
After I explained the damage to my vehicle, Kelly immediately took charge. She accompanied me outside to inspect the car and carefully reviewed the damage. This first visit took place on May 26. Two days later, on May 28, I called Kelly and scheduled the repair for Monday, June 1.
Throughout the process, Kelly kept me informed. She called on Tuesday with an update and let me know the repairs were progressing well and that the car would be ready on Wednesday. True to her word, the vehicle was completed and ready for pickup on June 3. I was amazed that the entire repair process took only a few days.
When I picked up my car, I carefully inspected the work and was extremely pleased. The repairs were flawless, and the car looked beautiful.
While the quality of the repair was excellent, the main reason for this review is Kelly D. From the moment I entered the business until the work was completed, she provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and proactive. She kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
