Another set of our ’05–’22 Ford Super Duty radius arms headed to powder! 🔥

Every one of our parts is sandblasted to ensure a clean, properly prepared surface for the powder coat to adhere to. But we don’t stop there.

Before they make their way to the powder coater, each part goes through a thorough quality-control cleaning to remove any welding spatter and ensure the arms are free of dings, scratches, or anything else that could compromise the final finish.

We are looking for a 2024-2027 Polaris Xpedition ADV to use for new product designs.

Vehicle must be stock. Customer will receive free product for allowing us to use the vehicle. We will need the vehicle initially for about a week to scan and measure.

After the product design process we will build first articles and at that point we will need the vehicle back for another week or so to test fit product.

Whipped up a spare tire delete mount for a friend that houses train horns, tank and compressor.

It will retain the factory tire winch to pull it into the original spare tire area.
