NOT AGAIN! Another customer came in today to have their "new" spectrum phone returned. These are scamming attempts to intercept these phones. If you get a phone DO NOT send it back with any label you have been given!
CALL spectrum immediately or go to a Spectrum mobile store directly.
Please share this - get the word out - these scammers are hitting hard and fast!

One day we won't have to worry about who is honest and who is not.
We have had more of the scamming issues. The one last week hopefully will get resolved, but the one today we stopped and learned more. Spectrum ONLY sends their equipment back one way, and it is not normally with UPS. Please, please question if the label you are putting on your device filled package is a legit one. Call Spectrum direct - call Centurylink direct - call Dish/DirectTV direct - ask them about the label you received. Being on hold is frustrating sometimes but that call before it gets here and we scan it and ship it out; could help after its gone. If you have a pre-paid label - we are a drop-off site cannot help with any lost packages. If WE make the label for you, weigh it, print it and charge you. Those packages we can help fight to find. We try to catch anything we think might not go correctly but it's hard sometimes to know ourselves.

Good day everyone! Kris here. I got distracted when Aleshia pulled this out of the safe and I asked if I could share. It's a booklet with info and pictures of so many hard working locals that we know and love when it looks like the Co-op was 50 years young. Thought it was fitting to share today as we come into Labor Day weekend. Have a great and safe weekend.

With Spectrum taking over the Suring area - Businesses please be careful! We have changed to Spectrum and for the most part haven't had too many issues.
We have had numerous customers coming in with complaints about their personal Spectrum service. We believe this has prompted a scamming company to contact us to "compensate" us for these issues with a "new" Spectrum business promotional account. I can tell you; that call to us was a scamming company.
I contacted our representative with Spectrum business and they did not see any notes on our account where we were contacted to get this "new" deal of the same service at a lower rate (over $60 savings) They also have not heard of the number this company asked me to reach back out to.
Any businesses in the Suring area that also made the switch; if you don't have a good contact to Spectrum business, stop by and I would share mine.

Kids are back in school...Shh we promise we won't let them know the parents are happy about that. 😆 But we are sad for another reason - that means summer is coming to an end. Before we start packing up all our summer decor and backyard BBQ essentials. Come check out our End of the Summer deals! We have different yard art, grills, lawn chairs, and coolers that would love to be part of your future summer fun! Quantities are very limited - When they are gone - they are gone!
