We appreciate your patience as we move the date of our show. We have been closely monitoring the severe Air Quality Alert in our area. Because the health and safety of our community, our participants, and our veterans always come first, we have made the tough decision to postpone the car show to July 23rd.

For more information visit us at https://bit.ly/CAR-SHOW-DATE-CHANGE

We want everyone to be able to safely show off their rides, swap stories, and support our local veterans. All vehicle registrations and spectator plans will automatically carry over to the new date. Thank you so much for your understanding, flexibility, and unwavering support for our veterans. Let's clear the air, get those engines ready, and make July 23rd an unforgettable day!

Pricing is still up in the air - I would plan on no less than $150 for the event. I told the hotel to plan on at least 50 for the banquet - probably closer to 75

I was able to add 15 additional rooms to the weekend - but don't delay - get your rooms.

Coins are going to be around $30 each and with it being a huge event there will be more options for different coins

There is talk of having our cars parked together at the show downtown. The following is a link to register to have your vehicle in the show:

Saturday Morning/Day we will need to decide if we wanna cruise all day or go do a Route 66 breakfast and be back in Springfield for the festival. Dan is working on getting us our own parking spaces.

I wouldn't be opposed to Cruise 66 on Sunday morning and follow a bunch of you back north

Attached is the QR code for event - for the life of my my free version of AI will not work. Can someone add the QR code to our logo?

The following is a tentative schedule. Rooms are going fast, so I would suggest if you are planning on going to get your room reserved.

There are lots of things coming up - first is Superior's 4th of July car show this coming Saturday on Tower Ave. The forecast looks good right now for it. We will have the club trailer there. Look for it in the NBC driveway off Tower Ave. but not where we usually have it blocked off.
It will be a good place to hang out together. We can discuss our next cars and coffee!

Please let me know what you will be participating in or looks like something the club should partake in.

Power on Tower will be July 16 at Benna Ford. Don't forget to pre-register.

Hi,

Don't forget the Green Flag Party is coming up Saturday, March 14, at the Other Place, 3920 E. Calvary Rd at 3 p.m.

At Saturday's car club calendar meeting a gentleman from Markham was there and spoke on the proposed changes to the Zoning Ordiance Number 62 in St. Louis County.
The proposed change appears to limit the number of unlicensed vehicles one can have on their property.
There is a petition circulating regarding this which I am attaching to this email along with links to the ordiance.
The next meeting regarding this proposed change is coming in April.
James Hofsommer, a former St. Louis Couny township supervisor, is asking everyone in St. Louis county to sign the petition and email back to him ASAP.

[email protected]

I felt this information is important to pass along to you and that you can pass along to other car lover's who this may effect.
In the ordiance it is page 77 that is about the vehicles, so please pay special attention to that part.

Here is a link to St. Louis County website regarding the ordiance: Zoning Ordinance Amendment https://www.stlouiscountymn.gov/departments-a-z/planning-zoning/ordinance-amendment Here is the direct link to Ordiance Number 62 and its proposed changes: https://www.stlouiscountymn.gov/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=u6hIWhymbtE%3d&tabid=57&portalid=0&mid=1011
