🚓🚒🚑 Behind every uniform is someone who puts others first.

Today, Superior Towing LLC recognizes the people who trade quiet nights, family dinners, and holiday plans for a chance to help someone through their worst day.

To our police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and dispatchers: thank you for your courage, compassion, and commitment to our community. Whether you’re at the scene or guiding help over the radio, your work makes a difference.

Happy National First Responders Day from the Superior Towing crew! We appreciate you today and every day. 💙❤️

👇 Leave a thank-you for our local first responders!

The job isn’t finished when the car is loaded. It’s finished when our operator gets home. 💛

A tow operator’s workday puts them beside traffic, often with their back turned while securing a vehicle. They can check their mirrors, wear bright clothing, and turn on every warning light on the truck—but they still depend on the drivers coming toward them.

That’s where you come in.

When you spot flashing lights ahead, look up. Ease off the gas. Give yourself time to move over safely. If you can’t change lanes, slow down and give the people working there as much space as possible.

For National Move Over Day, Superior Towing LLC is asking you to carry that habit into every drive, all year long.

Someday, the vehicle on the shoulder might be yours. The person standing beside it might be someone you love. Give every roadside scene the care you’d want for them.

Leave room for us. Someone’s saving a seat for us at home.

⛽ Diesel prices finally did it… we bought something that runs on a different kind of current. ⚡😂

Superior Towing LLC is going electric! We figured we’d rather watch a battery charge than watch the fuel pump drain our bank account. 🔋💸

Might just handle light service and dispatch says we can only take calls within extension-cord distance. 🤣

What do you think—should we put a light bar on it? 🚨

🚨 TOWING SCAM ALERT — PLEASE SHARE! 🚨

Unfortunately, this is becoming more common.

An older couple recently needed towing assistance and did what most people would do — they called the first number that popped up on the search engine.

The company answering the phone pretended to be local, but was actually an out-of-area/foreign dispatch operation.

They were charged UP FRONT at nearly 3X the normal local rate.

And the worst part?

NO TOW TRUCK EVER SHOWED UP.

These companies can buy ads and listings that make them appear to be a local towing company. They take your payment, then may try to find an actual local towing company to perform the service — or, as in this case, nobody comes at all.

⚠️ Before giving anyone your credit card information:

✅ Make sure you’re calling a local 715 phone number
✅ Ask where their dispatch office is located
✅ Make sure you’re speaking with a LOCAL dispatcher
✅ Be cautious of companies demanding unusually large payments before anyone arrives
✅ Don’t assume the first result on Google or another search engine is actually local

When you call Superior Towing LLC, you’re talking to people right here in our community — not a call center hundreds or thousands of miles away.

Happy to support the community!

This week was a great reminder of why we believe in supporting the community that supports us.

We were honored to host the Pattison Park Lions Club for lunch at Superior Automotive LLC and to make a donation to help them continue the incredible work they do throughout our area. Today, we were also proud to get out and support their annual golf scramble.

Local organizations like the Pattison Park Lions Club make a real difference by giving back, helping neighbors in need, and bringing our community together. We believe strong local businesses and strong community organizations go hand in hand.

Thank you to the Pattison Park Lions Club for everything you do, and thank you to all of our customers. Your support of our business allows us to give back to causes that make our community a better place for everyone.

Supporting local isn’t just about where you shop—it’s about investing in the people and organizations that make our hometown special. ❤️
