Ed Iskenderian has passed away at 104. If you define “hot rodding pioneer” as “doing it in the ‘30s and helped establish the hobby and the industry,” then he’s the last of his kind that I am aware of. Isky saw the entirety of the world of hot rodding. It is truly the end of an era. Godspeed, Isky.

We had a huge loss in the custom car community. One of my hero’s. Gene Winfield passed away today at 97. I just saw him 4 months ago and he seemed good to go. You just never know. See you on the other side. RIP Legend. God speed.
