Q: Do I need an appointment? A: Our ADOT (motor vehicle, driver licensing, etc), Game and Fish, and passport services are first come first serve – no appointment necessary! Our estate planning and legal document preparation services are by appointment only. To make an appointment to see a licensed legal document preparer, please call 928-302-2111, ext 4. Q: What do I need to bring for a passport application? A: Please visit the US Department of State website for the most current and up to date information regarding passport document requirements (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html) or pop into one of our stores to speak to one of our representatives. Q: What documents do I need to renew my license, register my vehicle/boat, etc? A: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide cost-free messaging support for questions regarding the government regulations and document requirements surrounding our various services. Since May 7, 2025, you NEED a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or ID (the one with the gold star in the corner) to fly inside the United States, enter certain federal buildings, or access military bases. Don't get caught at the airport without it – passports work too, but why carry extra when your AZ driver's license can do the job?

What documents do you need to bring? (All must be originals or certified copies – no photocopies!)

1. Proof of Identity (ONE document)
- Original or certified U.S. birth certificate
- Unexpired U.S. passport or passport card
- (Other options like Permanent Resident Card, Certificate of Naturalization, etc. – full list on azdot.gov)

2. Social Security Number
- Just know your full SSN (no card required, but we verify it on the application)

3. Proof of Arizona Residency (TWO documents from different sources)
Must show your full name and current AZ residential address. Examples:
- Utility bill (electric, water, gas, internet, cellphone)
- Bank or credit card statement
- Insurance policy or bill
- Vehicle registration
- Government document (like tax bill or voter registration)
- Rental agreement/lease
