1978 Kawasaki kd100. Bought from flea market. Mostly complete minus jug, piston and muffler. Because motor had been open for who knows how long. Only option was completely disassemble. Had to tear a spair motor apart for jug. Bought a new piston, oil pump and plastic gear, then gasket and hardware. Now I'll focus on spark and go threw carb. Once running will focus on painting tank , then check over rest of bike and paint frame as I go

Kawasaki kd100 is serial number 501000, using parts from a motor that had 4600 serial number. Bought at flea market, jug was missing and had to disassemble parts motor. New piston and rings otherwise everything else was there. Because jug was off and carburetor is inside motor. Had to complete tear down to get dirt out of everything.

Added 1" lift to rear axle kept low look, but now I'm not hitting everything in the ground

Could make pretty, but I decided it's still stronger than what I did before. So as Impala is know for being natural, so I'm happy this way. Now to do other side .

Can't guarantee it will look pretty but it will be solid. Impala now hits hard enough,it's hitting floor. Being a low rider that can launch means I needs to rise up. About an Inch should be good compromise

Using two Kawasaki motors to make one motor, so daughter can have a quality first bike.

Mounting plates welded on, getting ready to attach two and last bond the sunscreen to shell and it's ready to transport pup, keep out of sun, allow to see her human and be safe in case of accident.

Trying to afix a clear surface in a not flat area, so epoxy plexiglass on outside, I have a second lense to go inside once outside dry. Then later I'll fiberglass outside to encase window. On Inside there's a metal frame to keep strength. I'm only figuring this out step at a time.
