Injury update

Tonight we had a very hard crash in the Dwarf division. The car rolled and flipped 5-6 times and caught fire. Thankful the track crew responded fast putting the fire out. The Lawrence County EMS Ambulance was right there as well.

We received word that the driver was released from the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. He has a concussion, but no major injuries. We are so thankful. Please keep him and his family in your prayers for the next few days!

We wanted to share with some things that our flagman Jason Hubbell did at our August 15th race. It was very hot with a heat index of 111 so he brought a huge cooler and filled it with ice and bottled waters for the drivers and crews that were there in the hottest part of the day getting ready to race. He also brought green lights to give to the kids in the stands to wave as he threw the green flag. He never asked for a dime he did it all because he cares. We’re thankful to have Jason as a part of our team here at ThunderHill Raceway‼️
