"2000" Yamaha SRX 700 "Plug & Play"!

We've been moving for over the last month, and now I'm back in the new shop, and cranking out JDI Power!

We've had massive inquiries for this particular system for years, and now it's ready to test!

It's been A LOT of wiring, but this is our new JDI "plug & play" system, similar to our 2001/2002 SRX/Viper models. This creates the ultimate "sleeper" setup!

Works in conjunction with the OEM wiring harness, flywheel, and stator with 12-16V auxiliary regulated power. Our system retains the use of the OEM headlight, and gauge cluster. Fully programmable ECU, and 2-step launch control!

Final testing starts shortly with Casey Hauck Performance. Stay tuned...

Big Congratulations to Alan Stuck and Denny Mousseau, on taking multiple class wins at the Twisting Trails Grass Drags!

The team took (4) 1st place and (1) 2nd place victories in a variety of classes (PS-1000, Heavy Mod 1000, Open Unlimited, PS-800, and Heavy Mod 800)

These Cat Triple powerplants are powered by our JDI-SFI "sequential fire" standalone ignition systems!

Congratulations to Francis Amalfi and his wife/driver Kayla! They fired up the gap-band at Snow Bash Grass Drags with their FBF Performance tuned, "JDI Powered" Pro Stock 600 Yamaha Triple.

This sled features our JDI-SFI "total loss" standalone ignition system, which converts the traditional batchfire triple, into an efficient, power gaining "sequential" fired engine.

Oh yeah...this was a new build that Frankie finished up at 10:00PM, the night before the race.

Winter must be on racers minds!

We've been getting a LOT of requests thru Messenger, for upcoming Fall track dyno tuning. I have yet to firm dates, but tentatively looking at coming back to WI at the end of October, or beginning of November.

At JDI, we utilize the latest retrofit DynoJet Track Dyno upgrades from Troy at Xtreme Dyno LLC with their heavy 400 # drum, bearings, and software. In addition for 2-strokes, if you have -4AN Male fittings TIG welded into your pipe center sections, we can also monitor individual pipe back pressure too.

JDI put multiple teams in the winners circle last year, at some of the premier Midwest snow drag events. These sleds came straight off our track dyno.

We have spent the last 2-seasons carefully studying data, and power management on various snow surface conditions. This allows me to mimic the setup we are looking for on the dyno, so we have real world results in the field. We are not interested in chasing "big horsepower numbers", with unrealistic clutching setups. Instead, we'd rather achieve the most usable track horsepower we can in the field, for consistent repeat runs, and 60' power management. This allows our customers to make minor fine tuning changes at the track if needed, based on the changing surface.

We look forward to seeing some of our repeat customers and friends, along with some new faces this season!

This hot summer heat seems to have many thinking about cooler days, and winter!

I've been very busy in the JDI shop building new ignition systems for our customer's... I'm finally starting to see some light at the end!

This is a new JDI standalone system, I just completed today. It's for a Polaris watercraft bottom-end triple, using a '96-'97 Ultra OEM ignition system and electronics. I built this system to the customers specific length requirements, along with the correct connector for the Polaris Ultra crank sensor pickup. The customer is also upgrading to the MSD 42921 coils, so we have the appropriate connectors already terminated.

Just wiring a monster, and we officially have spark! Fuel pump relay, data logger, electric water pump, electronic boost...

Something a little different, beyond the normal 2 skis and a track...check out Casey Hauck Performance (Casey and Davin) with their new 250cc kart. JDI has been working with them on the ignition system setups for a few years now. With their tuning skills and Davin's driving skills, they have been racking up the wins all over on the track!

This season, they will be racing a 250cc and a new 500cc "Widowmaker" powered kart!

Both karts feature our JDI "total loss" ignition systems with MSD 42921 coils, MSD plug wires, 3D mapping with TPS, and controlled electronic Power Jet all through the ECU.

Congrats to Aaron and Nicky Pisa with their "JDI Powered" 800cc Twin Polaris. They took multiple class wins at the MESC Giants Ridge Hill Drag event!

This sled features our first JDI-SFI individual cylinder firing ignition system for the Polaris Twin...no batch firing, no waste spark!
