Please read my story below and see if you feel like helping... I think my biggest problem is how exactly am I supposed to support my child anytime soon when I don't even have any tools or trucks to run my business anymore.... So yesterday July 7th my Awesome Girlfriend Morgan attempted to retrieve my trucks from Anchor Towing and was able to provide recent powers of attorney with full authority for both Nichols Auto, Marine and Diesel Repair LLC and also a personal one for myself with unlimited authority to transact any business matters and recover any and all business assets and or vehicles. The first time she went there at 10:00 a.m. she was told she would need cash $3,800 for the tow and the storage upon returning with the cash she was then told by the owner Marc that he couldn't release the vehicles because my sunbiz wasn't up to date and my business was listed as inactive and he didn't have any proof I actually owned the vehicles, mind you if you look at the pictures it clearly says on the side of my truck my full name and owner/mobile mechanic (about talking with my attorney today he told me that even if my sunbiz was inactive I was still listed as the owner and own the business unless there's been a dissolution of the business which there never was)..... Furthermore my insurance company has called them because I have a claim in for a stolen vehicle which was recovered by Anchor unbeknownst to me (or them) until recently with police assistance just two short days after I was arrested on false charges. Quite a coincidence that the person who had me arrested stole my truck 2 Days later and destroyed the motor at 12:30 a.m.. To top it off this person stole my phone out of my truck and emptied my cash app and sent all sorts of crazy texts to who knows how many customers and my current fiance at the very least... Today upon contacting anchor towing after finally getting released after 43 days incarcerated with a $250,000 Bond we were informed that the trucks had been "sent to auction" but they weren't sure they had been sold. I'm wondering if it could have been the $50,000 in tools inside my trucks (mostly Mac and Snap-On) or was it the trucks themselves (worth probably $20,000 a piece) that encouraged him to lie and then refuse to let her pay the full amount in cash as requested and take possession of the trucks? Also 99% certain that the first time I talked to the secretary I was told that I could retrieve them all the way up through the end of this day July 8th and I happen to have a photographic and Eidetic memory and the ability to recite conversations damn near verbatim.... I guess the call recording from the jail will be the final tell all . So unless anchor is willing to let me get my trucks tomorrow I'm working at limited capacity and gratefully accepting any offered assistance with acquiring not only new step Vans for Nichols Auto, Marine and Diesel Repair but also interested in any wreckers, rollbacks and commercial property (specifically storage lots) available as I'm thinking of starting Mr. Nice Guy Towing and Recovery the honest and honorable future tow company of the Florida Keys.
