Facilities Maintenance

Maplewood Place RV Park is the leading workforce housing RV Park in Sulphur. In operation since 2019, this park attracts high quality guests on medium and long term contracts at the petrochemical plants.

Our team is seeking an experienced medium to long term full-time maintenance person to be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the Park. Daily duties include:

Potable Water Testing
Maintaining water treatment plant
Inspecting and maintaining wastewater treatment plant
Ensuring guest facilities are in top condition
Assisting the occasional guest with move-in logistics
Light repairs
Periodic duties include:
Overseeing landscaping and road repairs
Coordinating weekly trash pickup
Inspecting Park Lighting, Water Pressure and Power Continuity

Lake Charles is BUSY these days. If you are looking for a place to call home temporarily, we are removing mobile homes in the coming days and weeks to make room for more RVs. Call early to book a space as soon as it becomes available.

Maplewood Place Park has a few remaining RV spaces for those who are seeking shelter from Hurricane Ida. We expect these spaces to fill quickly as people try to find accommodations until their permanent home becomes livable again. We have full services including power, water, sewer, high speed internet, showers and laundry.
