A new year is upon us! This means Home buying season is fully under way. With the rising home prices more and more people are looking for ways to finance their mobile home purchase. Here are a few ways that you can do this:
1. Lenders that specialize in mobile homes. Traditional banks will not lend on a mobile home in a park and are very strict with lending on mobile homes with land. However, here are a few lenders that specialize in lending on mobile homes specifically.

2. Personal Loans - This can be a great option to purchase a mobile home. These usually are best obtained through a credit union for better rates.
3. Owner Financing - This is when you ask the owner of the home to finance the home through them. You would pay a down payment to the home owner to move in and pay the owner every month (mortgage) until you have paid off of the home. Usually this financing possesses the highest interest rates because of the risk the home owner is taking.
