We are currently hiring for an experienced heavy wrecker/rotator operator. The operator must possess or is able to obtain a Virginia towing license through DCJS. The operator must pass a pre hire drug screening and be willing to participate in randomized drug screenings. We are looking for a motivated individual that has atleast 5 years of experience operating heavy duty wreckers/rotators and has been trained in the indicated jobs by an accredited training instiution. This is not a position for new or untrained operators. We aspire to have the best operators and provide them with the best equipment to perform their jobs at the highest level possible. This operator must be willing to on call some nights and weekends. On call nights and weekends are not negotiable. We offer top level pay for our region, 100% paid insurance through Athem(medical, dental, and vision), paid vacation, paid sick leave, company supplied uniforms, annual boot allowance, and all major holidays paid. In addition, our company also pays for DOT physicals, TWIC cards, all badging required for our area. We offer top level pay for area, paid vacation, 3 paid sick days, 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, uniforms, and a yearly boot allowance. We also pay for all DOT physicals, twic cards, DCJS cards and all operator training.

We have all state of the art equipment well maintained to help make the jobs go as smooth as possible for our drivers.

The 2024 Taste of Suffolk event is scheduled for this Saturday, September 14, from 11a.m.-5p.m. The event site will stretch down Main Street from Finney Avenue to Washington Street, and along West Washington Street to Saratoga Street.
Roads will close for the festival beginning at 4am on Saturday, September 14. These closures will affect vehicular access at Finney Avenue and North Main Street down to Fayette Street, Oakdale Terrace, and Freemason Street. In addition, Washington Street from Commerce Street to Saratoga Street and Bank Street at Commerce Street will be closed to through traffic. All affected roads are expected to reopen by 7p.m. the same day.

The Suffolk Public Works Engineering Division announced that the final stages of the eastbound lane construction, spanning from Enterprise Drive to Grove Avenue, are nearly complete in a news release. The contractor is now preparing for the next phase, which will involve a different traffic pattern....

We are currently hiring for a light/medium duty rollback driver. This is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:30pm. You will be required to work every 3rd weekend and six nights per month. A CDL is preferred, but not required. To be eligible for this position, you must live in or near Suffolk, pass a drug screen, have or be able to obtain a DCJS card for tow operators, and be clean and neat. We offer top pay in our area. We offer 100 percent paid medical, dental, and vision insurance. We also offer all major holidays paid, paid uniforms, paid sick time, yearly boot allowance, and paid vacation time.
