For the month of June we are showcasing this 2025 Ford F-150 Shelby Super Snake. Carroll Shelby had a long history with performance trucks and enjoyed driving them both off-road and on the street. The 2025 Shelby F-150 Super Snake was designed to give serious drivers the truck they want to enjoy on the street, along with the collectability of a limited-edition vehicle. At 785 horsepower the Shelby F-150 Super Snake four door trucks are built to honor the memory of an American legend.
Based on the Lariat 4x4, 5.0L SuperCrew, the Shelby F-150 Super Snake truck come standard with 400 horsepower; and an optional 3.0L whipple supercharger boosts the V8 engine to 785 horsepower. The heavy-duty suspension and underbody of the Carroll Shelby Edition truck were built to handle the street with a Shelby by Ridetech Suspension System featuring adjustable FOX coilover shocks and new upper control arms up front while FOX adjustable Shocks, a new sway bar and track bars keep the rear in place.
The interior was completely redesigned to elevate truck ownership experience with style, comfort and utility. The truck has red stitched black leather covers, the official Shelby serial number and loaded with carbon fiber accents. Each truck has deep tinted windows to keep the interior cool and an air-induction style hood. It’s clear to see that Ford’s long history of building performance trucks has created a style of performance and appearance that is recognizable to nearly everyone in the automotive world.

It’s a good week to pour concrete - which is great because we have been sold out and are working hard to create some brand new spaces for this summer! Woodfield Court Motor Condos is the Green Bay area’s only luxury Motor Condo development, located off Lineville Rd in Suamico. Master-planned to not only create a top notch experience for you, but also deliver great equity on your investment.

Car collectors - we are prepped for full climate control, fiber internet is on site for security options and WiFi, and our concrete is rated for any car lift as well. Aside from being prepped for a bathroom, every Motor Condo also comes with a floor drain for you to wash and detail in your own space, or else our private Club House has a 30x60’ heated wash bay for you to use and enjoy!

We aren’t only for cars - hobby shops, mancaves, bikes and RV’s, or simply a flex space for your family. A Motor Condo is a great and flexible choice - not only do our Motor Condos come with your own 200a electric service, natural gas, city water/sewer, and roughed-in bathrooms - you can take your time to finish it at your own pace, or else we are happy to help you along the way as well. All it takes is a $5,000 (fully refundable) deposit to lock in your spot.

We are ready for your custom ideas to finish out your hobby shop, family flex space, an office out of the house, or wrenching garage. Our Motor Condo sizes are 30x50ft, 30x60ft, 30’x100’ and 60x40ft, with the ability to combined up to 6,600 sqft for custom builds. Come join the community!

Bringing in the month of May we are taking a look at The 2016 McLaren 688 MSO HS, (McLaren Special Operations High Sport) a super car that represents a pinnacle of bespoke craftsmanship and performance within the McLaren Sports Series. Combining track-bred engineering with a host of MSO upgrades, this exclusive model offers a compelling balance of dynamic prowess and tailored luxury.
Powered by McLaren’s revered 3.8 litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine and a 7 speed double clutch transmission, the 688 MSO HS delivers a commanding 666 bhp and 700 Nm of torque, enabling a blistering 0 to 62 mph acceleration in 3.0 seconds and a top speed of 205 mph. These performance figures are realised through a lightweight carbon fiber chassis and race-developed suspension, which provides sharp handling and driver engagement both on road and track.
This particular example benefits from an array of MSO enhancements, including carbon fiber lower side intakes and side intakes, soft-close doors and carbon ceramic brakes with black calipers.
Its interior is finished with McLaren orange contrast stitching and features a carbon fiber interior upgrade, complemented by a carbon black Alcantara steering wheel for a race-inspired tactile feel. In addition it features an electric steering column, air conditioning and the premium Meridian surround sound system. Further features include a parking camera, vehicle lifting system, volumetric alarm upgrade, fire extinguisher, warning triangle, and first aid kit.
The 688 MSO HS stands as a distinguished and highly desirable model within the McLaren portfolio. With McLaren producing just 25 examples and only 7 making their way to America it is a true treat to see such a beautiful vehicle up close.

We are also just 8 days from our first 920 Cars & Coffee event of the season which will be held on 5/9/26. Our first event will have road construction from the Ahnapee Brewery to our gates as our road is getting repaved and is currently compacted with no asphalt, please plan for that and we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Gearing up for 2026 construction! We are fully sold out at the moment, but are taking reservations for our new Spring ’26 builds! If you’ve been dreaming about your own mancave, a hobby shop, or want a better solution for storage that you can utilize year round, a Motor Condo is a great and flexible choice. Not only do our Motor Condos come with your own 200a electric service, natural gas, water/sewer, and roughed-in bathroom - you can take your time to finish it at your own pace, or else we are happy to help you along the way as well. All it takes is a $5,000 (fully refundable) deposit to lock in your spot.

Campers and RV’s - our standard garage door is an oversized 14x14’ insulated door, with options to go wider as well. Feel free to add a washer/dryer setup in your space to skip running all of that laundry back home! We also provide our members with a private dump station on site so you can avoid those long lines at the campgrounds.
