*UPDATE* The pepper spray is HERE!!

Any woman, no questions asked, can come pick this up for free. Stop in during business hours.

We all do better when we feel safe. And being part of a community means looking out for each other.

In light of recent events, Specialty Auto will be giving free pepper spray to any woman who comes in and asks for it. No purchase necessary. No questions asked. Just come in and grab one while supplies last.

It breaks my heart, and frankly makes me angry, hearing the stories so many women are finding the courage to share. And for every story we hear, I know there are others we don't. No one should have to live in fear or feel unsafe in their own community.

And this goes beyond pepper spray. If you or someone you know needs resources, a safe place, or help getting out of an unsafe situation, please reach out. We will help connect you with people who are equipped to help. Again, no questions asked.

The pepper spray will be available beginning Thursday, October 8.

And credit where it's due: thank you to Hair Lounge On Main for the inspiration and for doing your part to make our community stronger and safer.

Take care of each other. - Mark ❤️

The Specialty Auto Sales family is heartbroken to share the sudden and unexpected passing of our Service Manager and dear friend, Brandon Lindberg.

Brandon was one of those rare people whose kindness and goodness were simply part of who he was. He was genuine, thoughtful, and someone you could always count on. We were incredibly fortunate to have him as part of our team, but to us, Brandon was so much more than a coworker. He was family.

It is difficult to put into words the shock and sadness we are feeling. Our hearts are especially with his parents, Char and Ken; his brother, Michael; his sisters, Alexis and Nicole; and the many close friends and loved ones whose lives will never be the same without him.

Brandon had a way of bringing joy wherever he went. His smile, his warmth, his humor, and the genuine care he showed for the people around him could brighten even the hardest day. He made an impact simply by being himself, and those of us who had the privilege of knowing him are better for it.

There will always be an empty space here without Brandon. We will miss his presence, his laughter, his friendship, and all of the little things that made him who he was. He was so special.

We are grateful beyond words for the time we had with him, and we will carry his memory with us always.

Until we meet again, Brandon. You were deeply loved, and you will be deeply missed.

With the storms in the Fox Valley, we are hearing that water treatment facilities were seriously damaged. If you would like to help, please drop off cases of bottled water, and we will be delivering it to the Red Cross response when it is safe to do so. Our address is below.

Thank you for helping. We are all thinking of our neighbors.
