Your trailer can look fine on the outside and still be breaking in 5 spots right now.
Over half of trailer failures start in the same places. Every time. And most get missed because they're not obvious until something goes wrong on the road.
Here's what y'all need to check before your next run: 👀
→ Neck-to-frame welds. Responsible for 40% of catastrophic failures. Look for hairline cracks near stress points. Poor weld pe*******on is the silent killer.
→ Axle mount points. Thin steel + weak welds = bent mounting plates that get patched and ignored.
→ Deck-to-frame attachment. Starts degrading usually around year 3. Rust stains, loose bolts, and stress cracks are all red flags hiding in plain sight.
→ Coupler mechanism. This one's safety recall territory. Excessive play in the latch or visible cracks? Pull that rig now.
We built HandiTrailers because nobody was telling haulers the truth about what fails and why.
Now y'all know.
