The new body style Equinox may be a good fit for you..

I was most impressed with the new seat shape, how smooth the ride is and how quiet the road noise is on the inside of this vehicle.

This is a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox Activ. It looks sharp, has more of an off road or maybe even a little rugged look to it. Averages 26 miles per gallon with the 1.5L engine. This does not lack in features though!

An Activ with the convenience three package will have power adjustable seats on both sides. Heated and ventilated front row seats, as well as heated second row seats. The most important featuring being a steering wheel! “Auto Stop” defeat button. Does not lack in cargo space either! This has almost 30 cubic feet behind the second row and 63.5 cubic feet with the second row folded down. Surround vision cameras with a rear view mirror camera, and adaptive cruise control.

Key items to have in your vehicle during extreme cold:
Can include but not limited to, what do you keep in your vehicles to stay prepared when our seasons are unbearable or what do you make sure you have during any of our seasons not just the cold?

• extra warm clothing inside the vehicle-blankets, extra gloves or hats, maybe boots.
• emergency supplies-first aid kit, orange juice or bottles of water, some snacks.
• phone chargers. Do you charge your phone as you’re driving no matter what percentage it is?
• flashlight and extra batteries.
• jumper cables, ice scraper, or brush for snow.
• traction aids. My dad was always good about keeping a small amount of ice melt or sand in his trucks.
• windshield wiper fluid, de-icer spray. What else could be helpful?
