2013 ford f150. Compressor failed, we replaced compressor, condenser and exp valve after washing the system. Our ac jobs get pressurized with dry nitrogen 150-250 psi depending on the system and locked down to be sure they dont leak after repairs . Step 2 is a test under vac to 500 microns this should also hold for 15 mins to a half hour. Then we add refrigerant.

A very good explanation of the GM idea of their initial rust protection of this gm wax and how oil undercoating can prevent this. PRP is what we apply.

PRP is our preferred product we apply now . Walts has been applying rust protection for 10 plus years. We choose to spray in a controlled environment on a lift as product coverage is far better than on the ground on a jack. We can accommodate any vehicle up to 18000 lbs.
