Finishing a motor rebuild on the Model S. Tesla Large drive units are prone to internal coolant leaks. When the coolant gets into the motor it begins to destroy the electronics. We have designed processes to protect the sensitive electronics from moisture and coolant damage, as well as prevent the coolant from getting into the electronics section of the motor.

Tesla models have and aluminum hood. But, they use a metal hood latch. The problem is: Two different types of metal, when they come into contact, results in galvanic corrosion. This is why we developed a anti corrosion spacer that fixes this problem. This is a common but easy to fix issue.

Our plate sandwiches between the hood latch and hood to form a barrier which will prevent the two metals from attacking on-another.

EV brake service + FREE tire rotation. We use 3 different high quality lubricants and wire-wheel corrosion off pins and hardware to guarantee the highest quality brake service for your car. Tesla recommends cleaning and lubricating all brake calipers every 12 months or 12,500 mi for cars in cold weather regions. From our experience with Teslas we see brake failure start occurring around one year after brake service, this is why we highly recommend having this service performed annually. Gas (ICE) vehicles use brakes to stop which results in energy being lost to heat. This heat helps to boil off moisture that causes damage to brake components. Teslas and most EVs use the motor like an alternator to collect this energy to stop. This results in the brakes not being allowed to heat up and boil off moisture causing corrosion to brake hardware and leading to premature failure of brake pads, brake rotors, and brake calipers.

Computer repairs are finished and reinstalled. Screen bubbling and leaking problem has been eliminated. Functionality is fully retained. Now uploading new solftware to MCU! Model S screens often suffer from common issues due to the gel used in the displays. If not resolved early this gel can be very difficult to remove from interior after leaking begins.
