Mayhem's Military Quilts

Finished this quilt top from my husband's military clothing. He steered the design. This is from the beginning of his 26 years, including as a Corpsman with the U.S. Marines in Desert Storm, plus some of his later years. (This is a 2nd quilt for him as I already made one from his later years.) Unfortunately he lost much of his early years in a hurricane while stationed in Puerto Rico but happy to have some.

Now to add a border and start quilting!

Finally finished the annual Divers Recall quilt! This quilt is approx. 77" x 87". The solid pieces are remnants from USN Deep Sea Divers' shirts that I used to create personal quilts for Divers. It's a beauty!

It's that time of year! Just finished piecing the U.S. Navy Deep Sea Divers quilt top for the annual Divers Recall event. Now to layer the quilt and start quilting.

The solid pieces in between are materials left over from worn Divers' shirts that I used to create quilts for individuals.

Completed this quilt for a very close friend and Army Veteran. His wife sent me his uniform material and the patches. Thank you for all you do Tony Kitchen for us and for your fellow Veterans. 🇺🇲🤘

Attached is my 2026 Pricing. I had to slightly increase due to the cost of shipping and materials increasing. I've also attached some background on the quilts & lapquilts I make for Veterans. If you know of a Veteran in need of some TLC, please let me know!

A sweet mother commissioned me to design this gorgeous quilt for her daughter's upcoming graduation. Prom dresses, sports uniforms, blue jeans, and more. This was a different project for me but I thoroughly enjoyed creating this beautiful, colorful quilt 🩷
