We frequently receive inquiries regarding our capability to perform Holley EFI installations. The answer is affirmative, we do provide such services. Additionally, we tune these systems on our Mainline Prohub dyno and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Our primary focus is on Holley products. Currently, we have ten projects in our shop, all of which feature Holley EFI systems or are in the process of having them installed. Holley sniper, sniper 2, terminator x, terminator x max, hp, or dominator we can get you fixed up.

Worked over some issues on Richard Maheu’s Mustang today on the dyno. Car has been having intermittent overboost conditions that were hard to replicate. After inspecting all the mechanical pieces and numerous tests we ended up finding a dome sensor that was failing randomly. Impressive. Thats the best single word to describe the recent built that 417 Motorsports brought to the dyno yesterday. This was a 43k mile original car that carved into a drag n drive car. One of the impressive things on this car Steve Haefner drove his car over an hour to the dyno they made 2000+ hp and drove it back home.

We got a camaro in for a sniper swap and dyno. The camaro picked up from 357 to 388 with the sniper and a tune. We got some improvements in driveability and throttle response as well. If in need of efi install give us a call.

Dynamometers vary in their capabilities. Most provide basic power and torque data. The Mainline, with its ccs update, offers advanced features, including steady-state testing and on-screen plotting of horsepower, torque, and the impact of variables like ignition timing. As illustrated, we are operating at 9.9% throttle and adjusting timing to optimize torque, driveability, throttle response, and fuel mileage. This big block Chevrolet engine showed a significant improvement, from 36 degrees of timing and 199 pounds of torque to 49.5 degrees and 344 pounds of torque. The dynamometer can log live data from various engine control units, including Holley, Link, Motec, and HP Tuners, and display it in relation to horsepower and torque, enabling the optimization of fuel economy and driveability. We had Joel Hall in today for a dyno session with his little nova. This stock bottom end 6.2 ls with a ss2 cam and a BTR intake with 13 lbs of boost on e85 did not disappoint! Cody Teague killed it on the fab work on this car. It's a piece of art and it works very well. Holley terminator x is controlling the efi and the boost control on the car. Very nice well done car Joel! Now go enjoy it and have some fun.

As a reminder to those investing in self-learning EFI systems, it's crucial to recognize that these systems may not be fully optimized for your vehicle's specific needs. While they may start and run, they often lack the precision and refinement that a dyno tune from a skilled tuning shop can provide. The installation of a self-learning kit from a shop does not necessarily ensure optimal performance, as many shops lack access to a dyno and the necessary expertise. A recent example highlights this issue: a truck equipped with a self-learning EFI system produced 230 horsepower at peak power, but after our expert tuning, it achieved 366 horsepower. If you've invested in performance upgrades such as a cam, intake, and headers, it's essential to ensure that your vehicle is not being held back by a suboptimal self-learning tune.
