Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta (e.g., fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Begin by melting the butter in a large skillet over medium heat—it’s the start of something tasty.
2. Toss in the minced garlic and let it sauté until it’s nice and fragrant, just about one minute.
3. Now, add those chicken bites, seasoning with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken turns golden brown and is cooked through, around 6-8 minutes.
4. While the chicken cooks, get your pasta going by following the package instructions. Cook it to al dente, drain, and set aside.
5. Lower the heat and pour the heavy cream into the skillet. Stir it gently to create a rich blend.
6. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is delightfully creamy.
7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken, making sure it’s all wonderfully coated.
8. Serve your creation warm, topped with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for that perfect finishing touch. Enjoy your dish!

Garlic Butter Pork Chops with Creamy Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
First things first, get your oven comfortably heated to 375°F (190°C). Grab a skillet and warm up the olive oil over medium-high heat. While that's warming, season the pork chops lovingly with salt, pepper, and thyme. Once the oil is ready, let those chops sizzle for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they're beautifully golden. Set them aside for a moment.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and toss in the minced garlic. Let it cook until your kitchen smells amazing, usually about a minute or two. Now, take a greased baking dish and layer those potato slices snugly at the bottom. Drizzle the garlic butter over the potatoes, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cheddar and parmesan on top.

Cover the dish with foil and let it bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Afterward, remove the foil and let it continue to cook for another 15 minutes, until the cheese is temptingly golden and bubbly. Serve the pork chops alongside this creamy, dreamy potato bake. Enjoy this mouthwatering duo straight off the stove!
