Started removing an engine from a Case 580E this evening. Cummins 4b engine, has internal damage and low compression. Will be putting in another engine and get this machine back up and running.
UPDATE* 10pm 9/10 Engine is out and ready for the new engine!

Hyster hx60 gas, customer had a transmission failure, no/weak forward gear. Found the issue, clutch friction disk slipped on clutch hub and stuck to the hub. Will be replacing clutches and steels. All seals and will be replaced, transmission was leaking quite a bit.

Building an engine for a customer that will be going in a john deere crawler loader, yes it was in an agricultural application, it will be painted to match the industrial application.

Been a little while since my last update. Splitting a Ford 550 backhoe to replace a worn out clutch. Clutch has been in service since 1979. Not too shabby for being in service for 45 years. Will be replacing the clutch as well as a few other parts that are worn or broken.
This customer will be glad to have this back to being fully operational.

Update:
Back together and running, clutch engagement is much better. Had a few other issues along the way with damaged hydraulic hoses and broken bolts.
