Please call us during normal hours. Due to very high call volumes and excessive voicemails left by sales people. We no longer take voicemails. We are also do not respond to messages on here. We were spending over 6 hours a week trying to do so. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you making us crazy busy this year.

Due to the covid 19 pandemic we are offering pick up service within 10 miles. We are no longer able to have have customers inside the building. Please call and make an appointment to have your vehicle dropped off or picked up by our staff.

The drop off procedure is: 1) Bring the vehicle to our location. 2) place keys into dropbox located next to the front door. 3) Leave the location. 4) Our staff will disinfect your keys and touched surfaces by our staff before we bring the vehicle in. We will call you with an estimate of the repairs. 5) After repairs are complete we will call you to take payment by phone. 6) The vehicle will be disinfected and waiting in the parking lot with your copy of the bill inside. 7) Pick up vehicle.

Delivery procedure is: 1) Call to schedule a time for service. 2) Before the scheduled pick up time have keys inside vehicle and vehicle unlocked. Our staff will then pick up the vehicle after disinfecting the vehicle and its keys. 3) Our staff will then bring the vehicle to our location for repairs. 4) Our staff will call for approval of any additional repairs or to receive credit card payment by phone. 5) After repairs are completed we will call you to inform you of the time we will have the vehicle delivered. 6) The vehicle will be delivered and disinfected at its delivered location. Keys and a copy of the paid bill will be left in vehicle.

We ask that our customers follow these procedures for both your and our staffs safety.
