Did you know that it is illegal to drive or ride in a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt or using child safety restraints? Always make sure your seatbelt and all passengers are using seatbelts. Any passengers over 16 will receive a ticket, and anyone under 16, the ticket will go to the driver.

Did you know that you could get a DUI, even if you are in a parked vehicle? If you have the ability to take control of a vehicle's engine or operation, you are considered in physical control of the vehicle. If you're going to drink, think ahead and arrange a safe ride home!
