2 of my favorote things. Potomac towing and crashed cars. Thanks Julian for always getting the weird ones. Todays odd tow was out of Upper Marlboro where a guy was illegally towing and storing cars. He only had a one hour window to get the vehicle while the cops were there getting ready to arrest the guy and made it happen. If you need towing these are the guys to go to.

For the second time in as many weeks a customer who has had several vehicles painted or repaired with us talks about how happy they are with our work and how the shop has really turned around in the last couple years. I can never adequately express the gratitude I feel towards these people and how humbling it is. I went into this not even knowing if I could run a business as I’m sure most first time business owners do. But I knew that I’m a fairly driven person who can figure most things out and I had the support of my wife. What I didn’t know is what my team was truly capable of. They continue to impress me and our customers every day. They are the ones who deserve the credit.

It’s definitely been a long process of “righting the ship” over the last two plus years. Day in and day out we work to exceed our customer’s expectations. My team may not always be happy with the expectations I set but they get it done. And while you can never satisfy everyone, the vast majority of our customers seem extremely happy with the finished product we turn out for the price.

It’s comments like this that make it all worth it.

One of my goals when I decided to own my own business was community involvement. To me, this meant not only finding ways to give back to the community it meant giving community members opportunities they otherwise wouldn't have had. When these gentlemen were referred to me by the Virginia OAR program they had been having a difficult time finding employment due to their history. They have been with me for three months now and I can tell you they are some of my better employees. They're reliable, hard working and effectively communicate. I feel good about what the future holds for them. Don't give up on people just because of their past. I was lucky enough to be featured in our national newsletter and hope this inspires others to give community members a second chance at life.

This 87 Monte Carlo came in needing a lot of love. We were able to get this turned around in about a week and the customer couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re a fan of older cars like we are, there’s nothing better than a gloss black classic like this one.
