Wow did you guys screw up selling my boyfriend a car last weekend. I bought my car there in 2017 but I will definitely never buy another car there again after how he has been treated.
After talking with two Koons Sterling reps. beforehand, I went out to look at a used car on Saturday that was affirmed as having no accidents. Beyond bumper damage not visible from posted pictures, the car had been side swiped and painted over with significant body damage.
I would not recommend this dealership, as they say what they think you want to hear to get you there and when you get there they ignore your concerns and simply try to show you other cars. Talk strait to your customers about your used cars condition, especially when asked specifically if the car had any visible damage in advance.

Again as always I received excellent service from the service department especially my service advisor Joey Stickman , I brought my car in for a state inspection & multi -point service, I asked Joey to check out another issue on my vehicle & he had the mechanic check it out & no issues I told him I was going on a trip & he made sure everything was go to go w/ my vehicle for my trip .
As always I have the best service advisor in Jey Stickman, he’s very knowledgeable of his job and always willing to go above & beyond for his customers/clients 😊
Bought a service contract with my truck. Have been trying for 3 days to reschedule a service appt. Depending on what number I call, I'm either pressing 2 or 3 for service. Neither gets me to service, just an endless loop. I was able to talk to a person by asking for Sales, and they sent me to a phone mail, saying the scheduler doesn't show up till 12. I've left three messages with no reply. Is this the standard of your service department, because it's not instilling any confidence in me.

I wanted to write a review about the great experience I had working with Anthony S. at Koons Sterling Ford this week. I had my eye on the new hybrid Escape online for some time, and wanted to test drive the vehicle. I learned the vehicle I liked online had recently been sold, so Anthony suggested another, with more features that I wanted. I’m so glad he did - It had everything, really.
