Double R diesel helped with the spark plug tune up. Smeding diesel with the s472 kit and some cerakote done by us. 30% over injector nozzles and O ringed head w/ studs.

Heads ready to go back on the LB7 with fresh o ring groves cut into block. Without o rings the borg 468 worked over the old head gaskets bad.

Wanting to do better than spray paint on new parts we are now set up to Cerakote parts. We can do used parts as well as new. Cerakote holds up to the Under hood heat and oil. Keeping it looking good for years.

No matter what your choice of truck is we got you! Lined up side by side....6.6 Duramax LML with a head gasket failure and getting new ARP head studs, 6.4 Ford with cracked block getting a reman Ford engine, and 6.7 Cummins getting a 2nd gen swap and new ARP head studs!

Good day to repair some ISX counter bores If
your head gaskets are blowing good chance your liners are low. The counter bores need to be repaired to bring those liners back up!

As most know NOVA Diesel was robbed yesterday morning by a clown by the name of Chad A Ward. He was captured yesterday in Hagerstown, MD BUT released by afternoon!! He has been hitting shops in MD, VA, and PA (where he resides). Please keep a close eye on your shops!! We WILL get this guy! We’re not giving up! No vehicles were touched he strictly wants parts! Thanks for everyone’s help and support! KEEP HIS FACE AND NAME OUT THERE!

Another fresh overhaul. Ole Cummins Big cam 400.. Set the cam boxes for max timing. Set liner protrusion right at max.. This ole girl is running better than new.

Ole farm truck coming along... sand blared the frame and got the four link completed. Put the fuel tank and the battery relocation mounts in. Working to get the rear half ready for what’s coming in the front.

Farm Truck

We would like to introduce everyone to "farm truck" it is a true farm truck completly stock 2WD 1994. Bed off getting ready for four link rear, we adjusted the fuel but much more to come!!! We got busted by our neighbor on his scurity camera..

Check out this Quigley 4X4 van. Came in with coolant dripping out of the exhaust. (EGR Cooler). Also has compression in the cooling system. Found HG blown on both sides in multiple places. Ended up getting the full treatment, including a full engine block flush to get the oil/coolant out. Van is back up and running great!

Cummins 6.7 2nd gen swap first drive... Taking it easy but still sounds awesome!

This nice 4th gen came in after the factory VGT turbo failed, also had coolant pushing out from around the head studs. Customer decided it was time do 2nd gen swap. Due to HG issues on the 6.7 we installed new O-ring head 103# valve springs, HD push tubes, 625 studs, turbo kit from Industrial S464 (stock fuel).
