If you wish to bid on a unit, the rules are:


No one under the age of 18 is permitted to bid at the auction.

What you see from the door is what you bid on.

You may not touch any item or step inside the unit.

Unit contents are sold as is, where is. There are no guarantees.

You are allowed 48 hours to remove contents and will be provided with a unit lock and keys during this process.

Please leave the unit clean. Do not leave ANY Lien Sale Items on our property.

Purchase must be paid with cash or credit card.

If there are any personal items such as photographs/albums, Birth/Death Certificates, anything with a social security number or items of that nature, please contact us and return those items to the office.

E.B. Maxi Storage, (Owner/Management) reserves the right to:
• Revoke any bid
• Cancel the sale prior to having said “SOLD”.

Our Tenants have 24/7 access to their units with exceptionally wide alleys for easy manuevering while loading and unloading. For added safety, our facility is well lit, has security cameras throughout and is well maintenanced. We offer convenient online billing/payment options. Accounts are pro-rated so you only pay for the days you are with us. When applicable credits are refundable by check. The Accounts Manager is available during regular office hours and emergency contacts are posted.
