We sat down with one of our longest-serving employees to hear why he’s stayed with us for so long and what it’s been like working for a family-owned business.
For him, it’s always been more than just a job. It’s the people, the relationships, and being treated like part of the family.

Getting some fresh paint on this rear bumper!

Our painter Salvador is working his way around the bumper, making sure he gets good, even coverage across all the curves and edges.

There are quite a few awkward spots to get into on a bumper like this, so it takes a bit of patience to get everything looking right.

We’ve got this BMW in the shop with some pretty significant side damage, so Jimmy’s giving us a closer look at what we’re working with.

He walks us through the damaged areas, what needs to be repaired, and how he plans to approach the job.

There’s a lot more that goes into a repair like this than what you can see from the outside, and getting everything back where it belongs is all part of the process.

If you were here for part 1, Davin was sanding and feathering the repaired area on this Porsche 911 Carrera GTS, making sure the surface was smooth and ready for the refinishing stages that followed.

Now we’re in the booth with Charlye laying down the clear coat. This is what gives the finish its gloss and protection, but application matters — consistent gun distance, speed and overlap all play a role in how evenly that clear lays down.

A full side impact on a Honda S2000 means this repair goes a lot deeper than replacing a damaged panel.

With the impact extending through the side of the vehicle, the process starts with a complete teardown and careful assessment of everything affected underneath.

From there, damaged structural components can be measured, repaired or replaced as required before the exterior panels ever start going back together.

Here, Davin is working through the repair process on this Porsche 911 Carrera GTS, sanding and feathering the repair area to create a smooth transition between the existing finish and the repair area.

This stage matters. Any uneven edges, sanding marks or imperfections left behind can show through once primer, basecoat and clear are applied.
