We have an immediate opening for an experienced auto body damage estimator/customer service representative at our Overland Drive Location, D&V Auto Body. The qualified candidate will be dependable, possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug screening and/or a criminal background check.

You must be able to accurately assess a wide range of body, structural and mechanical damages. Written estimates provided according to platform supported by insurer - experience with CCCONE, Mitchell Ultramate and ADP is required.

Customer service duties include, but are not limited to, educate the customer about the collision repair process; including insurance claims, processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time. Clearly and effectively communicating the repair procedure, listening and noting any customer concerns, supplements, tracking job progress to ensure timeliness and quality checks.

We offer industry competitive compensation, health, dental, life insurance, short term disability insurance, long term disability insurance, and paid time off.
