I wanted to reach out to your company, and thank you for the ride-on product. I honestly think that it either saved my life yesterday, or at least saved me from a very very dangerous situation. I am a customer for life, and will tell every other motorcyclist that they MUST get your product ASAP, and never ride without it. I have already posted it to every motorcycle forum I belong to.
I have a 2009 Honda VTX 1300R. I live in long Island NY, and spend a LOT of time on my motorcycle (7k miles in the last 9 months). I was driving home after work (40 mile commute), about 10 miles into my ride at about 65 mph I heard a very loud pop, with a quick smell of tire rubber. What confused me was I did not feel any change in handling at all. I checked my mirrors looking for things that might have fallen off of my bike. I didn't see anything, so I decided to pull over and check to see if something was wrong.
I pulled over and walked around the bike. At first I didn't see anything wrong, but out of the corner of my eye I noticed the rear of my bike was slowly lowering. Within about 5 minutes my wheel was sitting on the deflated tire.
I was able to safely wait for a tow truck to come and get me safely to my local motorcycle dealership
I am impressed that it gave me the few minutes I needed to safely slow down from 65 mph, and get to the shoulder for a safe stop. Not only did it do this, there was no noticeable change in handling. Honestly when I first read about your product, I thought it was a gimmick. When I installed it, I immediately noticed that the dynamic balancing cured a wheel shimmy I had (during the install I removed all wheel weights), so that alone made me happy. Now after having a blowout at 65 mph on a very busy highway I am sold for life. I will never ride another motorcycle without ride-on in the tires. I have been riding for 20+ years, and feel like every day before ride-on was a gamble.
This is honestly the first product I have ever reached out to the manufacturer to inform them of my satisfaction with their product. I am very busy, but I felt like you needed to know how happy I am, and how I attribute my safety to your product. While I was waiting for my tow truck, I ordered 2 motorcycle size bottles for the new rear tire that will be installed this week. I refuse to ride the bike without it. Thank you for making this product. It just works.
If you ride a motorcycle it is imperative that you use Ride-On, A blowout/flat on a motorcycle can be a life or death matter, Helmet, Eye Protection, and Ride-On.

Hello motorcycle riders. Ride-On is not a mess like some of the other products out there.
