Aluminum fuel cell repair. Weld developed a 6 inch crack topside and bottom side(not pictured yet). Aluminum thickness is 0.0100! Going to use 1/16 4043 rod at a max of 100 amps. I have a peddle that I can set the max at. Keeps it from blowing out!
