**Hiring: Powder Coat Assistant**
Full-Time:
Pay starting $15/hour with an additional $1 an hour raise after the first 30 days.
Yearly evaluation with pay increases.
Qualifications/Experience:
-Ability to read/understand/follow instructions
-Experience is preferred with powder coat systems and/or willingness/motivation to learn
-Punctual and motivated to work in a busy, team-oriented atmosphere
-Ability to use and/or be trained to use pneumatic tools for power coat prep and metal finishing
-Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
-Mandatory that all duties are preformed in conjunction with OSHA and MIOSHA requirements
-Hang and unhang parts
-Inspect and prep parts, as necessary, before powder coat
-Inspect and sign off on finished products
