Today we’re celebrating 1 year of Alex in NTL’s lathe department! 🎉

Alex joined our team with minimal lathe operating experience, but his growth over the past year has been incredible. He’s gone from learning the ropes to writing his own programs, making adjustments, and taking on more responsibility at the machine. 💪

His can-do attitude and upbeat personality radiate throughout the shop as he continues to learn, improve, and sharpen his skills every day.

Thank you, Alex, for all of your hard work, dedication and commitment to the craft. We’re excited to see how far you’ll continue to grow!

There’s something so satisfying about carving the final form of a workpiece out of a solid block of billet after hours of programming and precision machining. 👌

Machining components from solid billet offers some major advantages, including material integrity, dimensional accuracy, and design flexibility. With no dedicated molds or dies required, design changes can often be made simply by adjusting the CAD model and machining program.

This is just one component of an assembly that we are manufacturing with precision here at NTL Industries. ⚙🇺🇸

Built with A2 steel for exceptional balance between toughness, wear resistance, and dimensional stability.

Dimensional stability is especially important in assemblies because every component has to maintain its size and geometry for the entire assembly to fit and function as designed.

The toughness and wear resistance of the steel is also critical for these components in their final application. 💪

Happy Work Anniversary to NTL's founder, Greg McArthur!

9 years ago, Greg took a huge leap by leaving his full time job as a Manufacturing Engineer at another company to focus full time on his own business that he was building from the ground up.

Since then, NTL Industries has grown from a small startup into an award-winning company, operating out of a 13,200 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, with a growing team and customers nationwide.

Greg and his wife Shelley own and operate our small business that continues to grow and evolve through investing in new technology, expanding our capabilities, and building a company that has come a long way from where it started.

Congratulations Greg for 9 years of success! Here's to many more! 🍻🎉
