Brand new tint will have 'liquid puppies' (translucent water pockets) for a couple days that will disappear. If it's been a week and they're still there, they won't go away. What NEVER goes away: dirt, creases, hairs, and imperfections. Water always dries out and forms small blister pockets in the first hour or two. But bright white spots mean contamination—those are permanent.
