The Dynamic Mechanic is growing, and we’re looking to add another team member to our shop!
If you’re hardworking, dependable, and take pride in doing quality work, we’d love to talk with you. We stay busy year-round and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced shop that works on everything from routine maintenance to diesel/gas diagnostics, repairs, and performance upgrades.
We’re looking for someone who:
🔧 Has diagnostic experience on gas and diesel
(Includes wiring diagrams, electrical know how, understands how components work and dive deep into what’s causing the issues, not a parts thrower)
🔧 A Valid driver license and clean driving record.
🔧 Has their own tools and willing to grow their own collection (specialty tools are provided by the shop)
🔧 Pays attention to detail, thinks ahead, and cares about proper installation procedures and torque values.
🔧 Can keep their area clean and organized as well as engine parts, and cleanliness when doing engine work.
🔧 Honest and truthful. Mistakes happen, we’re human. So tell the truth and be honest about it.

We love Diesel performance and are trying to grow our name in the Diesel world. We work Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30 pm with a hour lunch. Wanna work extra hours on vehicles, go for it! We offer competitive pay (based on experience).
