Hello, this is Victor with VAR SERVICES, LLC.

I wanted to provide an update to all customers who currently have a vehicle here for service or who are scheduled for service.

We are currently dealing with an unexpected emergency involving my girlfriend’s pregnancy, so my availability at the shop has been limited since Saturday. As a result, some operations may move more slowly than usual, and I may not be able to provide accurate completion estimates at this time.

I am still working whenever I have available time and am doing everything I can to complete customer vehicles and keep business moving. Some operations and customer updates may take place during evening hours while I balance my responsibilities at home and at the shop.

Not every customer will experience a delay, but I wanted to communicate openly in case response times or completion dates are affected.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support while my family and I deal with this situation.

!!!!!WE ARE STILL HERE!!!!!!

Lately it’s been slammed dealing with everybody’s catastrophic engine failures.
replacing an engine every week for the past month and still continue to be scheduled out for the next 4 weeks for engine failures.
Any repair that is estimated to be 8 hours or less is still a week or less turn around.
Hang in there while this one man show gets it done for you guys!

Your looking at what sets us apart from the rest

This busy customer came in after their work van shut down while driving on Sunday, and was in and out in 4 hours this Monday.

After diagnosing a pcm failure, instead of ordering and programing a pcm like everyone else, we took the time and dug in, saving him hundreds of dollars in parts and weeks of down time.

Today VAR SERVICES
Has been in business 6 months and 11 days
And has closed out its 100th repair order (thank you Ted Walleck for your business! You are number 100!)

Although Plenty more repairs have been done 100 have been recorded, the rest have been goodwilled and not billed, these account for roughly 15-20 more professionally performed repairs but we dont count those 😉

Thanks to you guys, its been busy every week whether its major or little—its YOU guys who are keeping this shop going
