1. Do NOT schedule appointments with anyone but whoever answers the office number 573-775-4460.
2. Do NOT call employee's personal phones. Our techs are getting double or triple booked.
3. Do not call them and complain about ANY work done or not done. (This will be eliminated if you follow 1 - 2 and Call the office!!)
4. We are short staffed and doing the best we can... on that note if you need a job, aren't afraid to get dirty, can follow instruction, and stay off your phone during work hours please feel free to stop by and fill out an application!

After a year without increases, we are compelled to adjust our shop labor rate effective June 1st to account for escalating overhead costs. So get scheduled in to take advantage of the low labor rate until then.

We have made the decision to list Counts Tire & Repair for sale due to a lack of service management. Nevertheless, we will continue to operate during our standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No changes will be implemented unless a sale is finalized.
If you are interested in acquiring a 3-bay shop building or managing the existing repair shop, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your understanding.
