Alpenglow Auto Repair is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Service Writer to join our team in Steamboat Springs!
If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for customer service, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
✅ Greet customers and check vehicles in
✅ Schedule appointments
✅ Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations
✅ Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
✅ Order parts and manage repair workflow
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish
Qualifications:
✔ Excellent communication and people skills
✔ Strong organizational and computer skills
✔ Automotive knowledge is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
✔ Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
✔ Ability to multitask in a busy shop
