Today we proudly celebrate Adam Randolph on 15 years of dedicated service with Carter Myers Automotive, Staunton, Virginia location.

Over the years, Adam has become an integral part of our Service Team and the foundation of our shop at CMA’s Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. From his time as a Lead Technician to mentoring and teaching apprentice technicians, Adam has continually demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and an unmatched commitment to excellence. In his current role as Shop Foreman, he continues to lead by example every single day.

Adam’s dedication and performance have earned him the prestigious Myers Flyers Award every year from 2019 through 2025 — an incredible accomplishment that reflects his consistency, hard work, and positive impact on those around him.

Beyond the shop, Adam is known as a great father, coach, and mentor who invests in people both inside and outside of the workplace. Whether helping a teammate grow, guiding young technicians, or supporting his community, Adam embodies what it means to lead with integrity and heart.

Congratulations, Adam, on 15 outstanding years with CMA. Thank you for your dedication, leadership, and the countless ways you make our team stronger every day. We look forward to celebrating many more years ahead!
