You might remember me posting about the barnfinds back in April...
The resurrection of a car is not always a fast process (especially when you consider how many chainsaws I juggle on a daily basis!)

I'll share more about the really interesting story of this 1939 Ford soon; for now, here are some progress photos of the car as I complete the initial cleaning phase and it moves into the 'make it run again' phase

This week we were privileged to host Sketch Staunton , a local sketch artist club that meets weekly at different places for a freehand drawing period. We all had a wonderful time together and we look forward to having them back again in the future

This week, we are featuring a 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans/Am.
A truly special local treasure, it is 1 owner, original paint, numbers matching everything, and was sold new here in Staunton. It is also unique as it is a factory Firebird delete car, meaning it was ordered without the gold bird on the hood. This sets it apart from another, rather famous, black 1977 Trans Am. This car was ordered 6 months before that movie was released, and the owner has always liked that his car was different than Burt’s.

It is now available for purchase for the first time in 48 years!

This morning we were the rallying point for a Shenandoah Valley British Car Club-SVBCC luncheon drive. We had a wonderful tour and visit with members before they headed off to lunch on a scenic drive to Lexington
