The absolute worst. My father in law passed away and we attempted to return his lease to the dealership. They rudely told my wife (who mind you was in tears) that they couldn't accept the return a they "only accomodate their customers" Add to that that their quality and styling has gone to the dumps in recent years - take your hard earned dollars to Toyota or anyone else for that matter

Back in October I reached out to Nissan service for an issue with my emergency braking system and my back up camera, I was directed to Victoria who informed me of ways to stop the braking system when it would go on for no reason that wasn’t the response I was looking for she was leaving and handed my case over to Stephanie, who from the very first conversation understood and addressed every concern I had she literally worked from home for me and never had met me personally, she met me at service a few days later offered to take me in her personal car to get a rental because they didn’t have one for me and literally was with me every step of the way! She was kind courteous and went over and beyond to keep me as a Nissan customer even while dealing with corporate she was my right hand woman and addressed all my problems and made sure my car was safe! I can’t not put into this review how amazing and over and beyond her customer service skills are!
Last month I got into a new 2019 Nissan Rogue and Domiano was absolutely amazing in every aspect showed me every and all features and treated me like I was family and got me everything and anything I needed or wanted! His salesmanship was phenomenal..
Angie, my front desk queen would see my name on the caller Id and addressed me courteously and greeted me with a huge smile every time I walked in offering me refreshments popcorn anything I needed Angie was right there
Jamal, we may have not seen eye to eye, but from my blue rogue to my red you completely along with Stephanie changed my opinion on Staten Island Nissan and for that I thank you, I thank you for finalizing my deal even though you had an emergency as a customer you put me first and dealing with me as unhappy as I was you managed to make me smile each and every time!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THEIR SERVICE CENTER!!!
Mistreated my car while in their care. I came in for a recall, battery for the key fob, and for a plug in my rear tire. After the car was returned to me, the FRONT passenger tire light appeared within minutes of driving. I took the car home parked it in a secure, enclosed garage. The next morning the FRONT tire was completely flat, in fact, the tire was destroyed. The level of care shown to the vehicle was far below any level of reasonable care, and the risk they took putting me at danger of an accident or worse is truly reckless behavior. This was reported to the BBB and a claim for cost of replacement and associated damages is being sought.
The reason I did not return the car immediately after noticing the light was because I had the flu, and I just wanted to get home. I assumed the tire was just low from being in the cold service garage, and I would address it the next day. Big mistake by not going back.
I called Nissan Service and they want me to give them another $189 to pay for the tire "at cost". This place is a JOKE!! Horrible management.
Ryan Carreón is as classless as they come, he will tell you he is working on it and will call you right back. He doesn't call back, I had to call multiple times to get him on the phone. Took over four hours for him to "resolve the solution" and again tell me that I needed to pay for the tire "at cost".
Go to Sansone Nissan 90-100 US HIGHWAY 1 NORTH AVENUE, NJ 07001 - worth the toll. They have 4.1 stars and excellent reviews!
We wanted to drive a truck model that was stored in Queens. We were asked to leave a 200$ deposit in order to show our commitment to show up 2 days later for the test drive. No commitment to purchase it. They promised to return our $200 deposit whether we make the purchase or not. It has been over a month and we have not received our deposit back. We called and left our number. Nobody has called us back. We will dispute the charge with American Express.
