When people find out I own a shop, it’s always, “Ohhh, YOU’RE THE BOSS!”
So guess what? I decided to BE THE BOSS. F**k it. I hired mechanics. 😂
I told my mechanic, “Brother, can you install this upgraded coolant pump? Put some thought into mounting it, route the lines properly, and secure it so it doesn’t move around or vibrate.”
Came back to FU***NG ZIP TIES. 🤦♂️
Well… there goes my career sitting in the boss’s chair. BACK TO WORK. 😂🔧
That setup DIDN’T PASS MY QUALITY CHECK, so here I am, figuring out a better way and redoing it.
Because when the customer opens that hood, they’re not asking which mechanic did the work. They’re saying, “EURO NYC DID THIS.”
That’s MY NAME, and I’m responsible for it.
I’m the Tire Guy, the Brake Guy, the Suspension Guy, the Cleaner—and the FINAL QUALITY CHECK. Whatever this shop needs, that’s what I am that day.
I built this business BRICK BY BRICK. Too many late nights and too much work went into it for me to look at something I’m not happy with and say, “Send it.”
Watch how I handled it. Got a better mounting solution? I’m listening. I take pride in my work, but I’m NEVER TOO PROUD TO LEARN.
