Many have asked why we can’t continue to stay open during my upcoming absence. It has always been my personal goal, as we have also strived as a team, to provide our customers excellent service using a well-established team of technicians, service writers, and office management. We have been able to keep up with the latest technology and support to more accurately and thoroughly diagnose and repair your vehicle. We have done our best to be punctual in our repairs, valuing your time and doing all of this with the least number of surprises. We have made great efforts in trying to give you a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for you to wait onsite for repairs to be completed. We have done all of this along with many, many other things not mentioned above, just because WE DO CARE. Maintaining a business of this caliber requires hard work from a dedicated team and a loyal customer base. We have been thoroughly blessed to have both for many years now!
Personally, I have known that I have been getting close to a time that I would semi-retire and allow myself more time to spend with family and to pursue other interests, but I didn’t know how that would ever happen. I have truly enjoyed being able to serve the community through Star Auto Center and have found it difficult to picture myself anywhere else; however, injuries incurred recently through a bad fall have brought me into a situation where I am having to make many hard decisions. Although an upcoming surgery should help me overcome my current challenges, I am expecting to be out of work for at least four months to allow my body time to heal. We have weighed many options and will continue to do so, but for now, we will be closing our doors on February 24th, 2023.
We want to say thank you for your concern during this transition period for us all and thank you for allowing us to serve you for the last twenty years! We don’t know what the future holds, but we serve a God who does. I think we can all testify that God is good!!
Sincerely,
Neil Perryman
