This is why you always check everything when doing a bottom end due to a seized lower rod bearing. I inspect entire transmission, all the gears, washers, thrust washers, snap rings, gears, shafts, shift forks and shift drum.
If you’re going to take the time to do a job do it right. Or you will be doing it again! The short cuts are always the longest road traveled.

Idle screw won’t work when the rest doesn’t line up correctly. It didn’t line up correctly because the throttle axel bushing fell out.

Don’t ever use silicone or RTV on dirt bike engines or carbs. God please stop doing that.

The s**t I see is so mind boggling! What? Who? How? Why? Do yourself a favor if you couldn’t operate the PlayDo dispenser as a kid machinery isn’t for you. You’re not allowed to own anything that resembles a tool. Pay a professional to do the work needed, we all with thank you! Lol.
