Got this Pro R looking sharp!

This build got:
• Custom cage with individual roof panels with tinted lexan in the center
• Custom glass windshield
• Custom light bar mount with wiring through the cage

The tubing was powdered with blue flake clear over gloss black and panels were powder coated in gloss black.

Got this clean Pro S ready for Memorial Day weekend!

This one included a custom cage with intrusion bars and a rearview mirror mount and kickers.

The entire build was powdered with gloss black.

This clean X3 rolled out of the shop last week!

This build got a custom cage with individual roof panels finished with sea deck.

The tubing and panels were powder coated in gloss black.

Sharp Pro R left the shop yesterday!

This one included:
• Cage
• Kickers
• Sea deck

The cage was powdered with squirrel gray and the kickers/panels were gloss black and velocity.

Turbo R custom build out of the shop this week!

This one included:
• Cage
• Doors
• Fender delete
• A-pillar support to the frame
• Front and rear bumpers

The cage and bumpers were powdered with disco fuchsia over gloss black, and the panels were gloss black.

859 Offroad is entering a new chapter under new ownership!

Josh Lewis has been a fabricator for 859 Offroad for years, and he’s excited to step into the role of owner/operator. Josh’s passion for all things off-road is undeniable, and he takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way and going the extra mile with his work. At the same time, Josh Hampton will continue with the ownership and operations of 859 Powder Coating.

What this means moving forward:
859 Offroad will continue delivering the high-quality fabrication, cages, and craftsmanship it’s known for, while building on that foundation with renewed energy, strong communication, and a continued commitment to providing every customer with a great experience.

Our shop hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, and our updated contact number is 859-893-5101. We appreciate your patience as we work to get caught up on messages and inquiries.
