The time had finally come for an upgrade!

Ronda wasn’t quite ready to say goodbye to her 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, but with the miles adding up and her Jeep getting a little older every day, it was time to find something a little more refreshed.

Being from Midland, Ronda stopped in and Ryan helped guide her in the right direction. She quickly fell in love with our white 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with just 20,000 miles. It didn’t take long to know she had found the right one!

Congratulations on the upgrade, Ronda! 🎉 I hope you make plenty of new memories and adventures in your new Grand Cherokee, and I hope it takes you many, many miles down the road. We couldn’t quite get Ronda to love the camera as much as she loved her new Jeep!

A little distance wasn't stopping Matt from finding the right vehicle.

Matt made the trip down from Michigan's Upper Peninsula after finding himself a vehicle short and needing another dependable set of wheels for the household. His search led him to this Jeep Compass and to Norman here at Richardson CDJR in Standish.

Stacy and Chris were ready to switch things up!

After driving a uniquely colored Chevy Trax, they weren't exactly looking to replace it with something boring. This Subaru Crosstrek caught their attention and gave them the change of scenery they were looking for.

Norman had the pleasure of helping them make the switch and send this Crosstrek home with two people who clearly appreciate a vehicle with a little personality.

More comfort was on the list. More bells and whistles wouldn't hurt either. And if you're going to upgrade, you might as well make it count.

Norman Lotz helped Greg land on this beautiful 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie, giving him the features and comfort he was missing without forgetting that, at the end of the day, he still wanted a great truck.

Bill wasn't quite ready to say goodbye to the V8.

After finding that some of the other major brands were moving away from the V8 options he wanted, Bill decided it was time to see what Dodge had to offer.

Norman helped him find the answer: a brand new 2026 Dodge Durango GT Blacktop AWD with a HEMI V8!

It's always exciting when someone gives a different brand a chance, and we're glad Bill gave Dodge and our team the opportunity to earn his business.

Comfort. Dependability. Winter capability. And a price that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

That was the wish list for Ron and Jo, and this 2024 Jeep Compass with less than 10,000 miles turned out to be the answer!

Norman helped them narrow down their options and find a low-mileage Compass that gave them the everyday comfort they wanted along with the confidence of a Jeep when Michigan weather decides not to cooperate.

There are customers, and then there are customers who keep coming back. Those relationships mean a lot to us.

Ted made the trip from Interlochen once again, and this time he's heading home in something pretty special: a 2026 Ram 1500 RHO!

Ted has been a longtime repeat customer, and we're grateful that when it's time for another vehicle, he continues to put his trust in our team.

Sometimes you're shopping for a new vehicle because you're ready for something different. Other times, life makes the decision for you.

After Ann's previous vehicle was unfortunately totaled, she and Lyle needed to find something to replace it. Norman had the opportunity to help them through the process, and we're happy to see them heading home in their Grand Cherokee!

Some upgrades are a little more overdue than others! 😄

Kris from Hale had been driving his trusty 2007 Silverado 2500 for years, but it was finally time to find something newer that better fit life today.

After Kris reached out to Ryan, they found the right one: a Silverado with the crew cab space his family needs and plenty of truck for everyday life.

🎉 Congratulations to Susan and Lonn on their new 2026 Ram 2500 Tradesman! 🎉

Parting with a vehicle you've loved is never easy, especially when it's been part of so many memories. Susan and Lonn came in hoping to trade their beloved 2021 Jeep Wrangler, and while it wasn't an easy decision, they found a Ram 2500 that was the perfect fit for this next chapter.

A special shoutout to Emi Delfrate for helping Susan and Lonn through the process and making their transition from Wrangler to Ram a smooth and enjoyable experience.
