The North Stafford Auto Lab would like to take a moment away from the Oil changes, ball joint replacements and day to day shop operations, to say thank you.
Over this past weekend we met with Mr. Fred Espinel who said he was interested in donating a vehicle to our program. After speaking with Fred I discovered that he was quite a unique person and this was no normal donation. Fred, a passionate car enthusiast himself ( building street rods from desire and elbow grease) offered our program a 1941 Willys ( project car) and many associated parts to go along with it. I am so excited to be able to use this blank canvas to enspire , motivate, and celebrate the hard work that my students bring to the table in a way that will serve as a rolling business card for their class for years to come. Thank you also to Mr. Joe Vitale who is a close friend of Fred's and a HUGE supporter of the NSHS Auto Tech Program for thinking of us always and connecting our path's. We will be posting and updating with photo's as the build starts to take shape, but for now the students must design, debate and collaborate so a vision is forged.
AND SO THE FUN BEGINS!!
